RETURNS

Scarves purchased from ERIQUA can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. To initiate a return, please send a return notice to info@eriquaofficial.com. Once we receive and register your notice, we will provide you with a return form and further instructions to ensure a smooth return process.

RETURN POLICY

Please ensure that the items meet the criteria to be eligible for a return. The items must be returned in their original condition, meaning they have not been used, washed, or otherwise damaged. Additionally, the return package must contain all the contents of the original package.

RETURNS INFORMATION

 

Please include the return form along with your order number inside the package, as this will enable us to easily identify your return. In the event that we are unable to identify the package, we regret to inform you that a refund cannot be issued.

 

We strongly advise retaining a postage receipt of your return with tracking number as proof of shipment, as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit during the return process.

REFUND PROCESSING DETAILS

 

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return package to verify that the items are in their original condition. Please allow up to 7 days from the date of receipt for the refund to be issued. The refunded amount will be credited to the account used for the original purchase.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different item, we kindly ask that you place a new order.

IMPORTANT

Please be aware that all shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Should the item not be returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any resulting loss in value.
